By accessing and using Platform Energy's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Platform Energy provides solar energy solutions including:

• Solar panel installation and maintenance
• Battery storage systems
• Energy consultation and assessment
• System monitoring and support

All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility assessments.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Allow reasonable access for installation and maintenance

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Deposits may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be required during installation
• Final payment is due upon completion and commissioning
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

We provide warranties as specified in your service agreement. However:

• Warranties are subject to proper use and maintenance
• We are not liable for damage due to misuse or external factors
• Performance estimates are based on standard conditions
• Actual performance may vary due to environmental factors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platform Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
